All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of GIZBAR CONSULTING S.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of our Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site to improve user experience and for analytics. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices. If you have any privacy-related questions, you can contact us as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Refund and Dispute Policies
Refunds: We are committed to customer satisfaction and comply with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are purchasing services as a consumer (not as a business), you generally have a legal right to cancel your contract or order within 14 days of the date of conclusion (or receipt of goods/service) without giving any reason. This 14-day “cooling-off period” is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. We will then refund any payment received for the order in a timely manner, once any goods (if applicable) are returned.
Please note that certain exceptions to the 14-day cancellation right may apply under the law (for example, if a service has been fully delivered with your consent before the period ends, or for custom-made goods). We will inform you if any such exception applies to your purchase. Outside of the rights provided by law or explicitly agreed in a contract, our general policy is that refunds are not provided once services have been rendered or access to digital content has been fully granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have an issue with the service, please contact us to discuss the matter – we will review requests on a case-by-case basis in line with your legal rights and our contractual obligations.
Dispute Resolution: We sincerely hope to resolve any concerns or disputes through our customer support channels. If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. You can reach us using the contact information provided below, and we will do our best to address your issue promptly and fairly.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the following terms will apply: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the use of the Site or services are governed by the laws of Spain. By using our Site or services, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. (If you are a consumer residing in an EU country, you may also be entitled to rely on any mandatory consumer protection laws and dispute resolution forums in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms will deprive you of those protections.)
Nothing in this “Refund and Dispute Policies” section is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights or remedies you have under law. We abide by all applicable consumer protection laws, so if any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with such laws, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
